A new to toy to add to my already 3 Cricut Die Cutting Machines. I thought the Cricut Cake was amazing but as always Provo always makes it better. I was on HSN & one of the first to get my Cricut Imagine. It has already shipped so I need to get to work & make some room in my new Craft Workshop. Not to get side tracked on the subject but thanks to my hubby he has completed my Craft Workshop. I really call it my Craft doll house. It is what every woman dreams of. I now have made some room and ready for the new toy to arrive. My expected ship date is Sept. 23 rd but I hope it comes earlier as my Cricut Cake came early. <br />I am excited that I have the printable vinyl yes vinyl that you can print on. I am selling 12" x 12" sheets. I am putting together sets of 6 sheets. Check it out in my store... <a href="http://www.vinylforcricut.com">www.vinylforcricut.com</a>Cricutcrazywomanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10731986269617037916noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9037650307944701443.post-80164169531523042712009-06-27T08:14:00.001-07:002009-06-27T08:14:39.970-07:00I made this vase with Adhesive Backed Etch Glass Vinyl.<div style="float: right; margin-left: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px;"><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/1cricutcrazywoman/3663570323/" title="photo sharing"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3330/3663570323_a0a02a2cc7_m.jpg" alt="" style="border: solid 2px #000000;" /></a><br /><span style="font-size: 0.9em; margin-top: 0px;"><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/1cricutcrazywoman/3663570323/">002</a><br />Originally uploaded by <a href="http://www.flickr.com/people/1cricutcrazywoman/">1cricutcrazywoman</a></span></div>I made this vase with Adhesive Backed Etch Glass Vinyl. I used the Life's a Beach Cricut Cartridge. I wanted to try to do what I call piecing. Putting to pieces of vinyl on my Cricut mat and butt them together. Reason is I only have 3"1/2 wide sheets of etched glass vinyl. (I hope this makes sense) I left the sheets of vinyl on my mat and then used my Transfer Tape as directed. I was pretty proud that it worked out. Try this if you are limited with the size vinyl sheets you have. You can't even tell where I pieced it together.</div><br /><div></div><br /><div><a href="http://www.vinylforcricut.com/">http://www.vinylforcricut.com/</a></div>Cricutcrazywomanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10731986269617037916noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9037650307944701443.post-39514160862214579812009-06-18T10:15:00.000-07:002009-06-18T10:24:08.173-07:00Etched Glass Vinyl Vase<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVJn4xdF8x2xUUpbAJf9t_xx8tx2_hUQSJr_Hy676am2Swki6Ll0ANkaMFmShwb0e4TXlg7IsjYVtfmGJactTUAkz55-QKG9VrRVBg99JNewQLzHeI5y2MVYnt9PlzRcu7MT4bng3HwCcJ/s1600-h/005.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 168px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5348719376965127538" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVJn4xdF8x2xUUpbAJf9t_xx8tx2_hUQSJr_Hy676am2Swki6Ll0ANkaMFmShwb0e4TXlg7IsjYVtfmGJactTUAkz55-QKG9VrRVBg99JNewQLzHeI5y2MVYnt9PlzRcu7MT4bng3HwCcJ/s320/005.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJjTSdYhEHLQt4aT4Z1HJHs_hydMQB_j02w2DOpHHhM2REzIb6lOGxbsmbco8lOemf1xxl0V0xRk1FDQ3qpDQQkkJHtGGde6wN9e2OUqHupKHPV3RNtSIH6wY3QWU_d0nIUw1MuWhEgpPo/s1600-h/003.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 197px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5348719308120289506" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJjTSdYhEHLQt4aT4Z1HJHs_hydMQB_j02w2DOpHHhM2REzIb6lOGxbsmbco8lOemf1xxl0V0xRk1FDQ3qpDQQkkJHtGGde6wN9e2OUqHupKHPV3RNtSIH6wY3QWU_d0nIUw1MuWhEgpPo/s320/003.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEizO6F9NKc4mq-U2vx0gyXAConS8Cg6YSpyKGZQEUSr1l7E-aV-2hQuf0AJvadL-HCyMYmiV-4a8eTnx4NGtAuvyqylhNOl8vqxeubsf3h9RRAUgahuuEepoTFGjhETgDfwDNTRxl1ZtRd6/s1600-h/004.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 190px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5348719305642716834" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEizO6F9NKc4mq-U2vx0gyXAConS8Cg6YSpyKGZQEUSr1l7E-aV-2hQuf0AJvadL-HCyMYmiV-4a8eTnx4NGtAuvyqylhNOl8vqxeubsf3h9RRAUgahuuEepoTFGjhETgDfwDNTRxl1ZtRd6/s320/004.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiuaVzSXgmNAbPGCRKCeq5gYDf9w_J_S5dET4oraY54xMGIdG6O_4Oivp0VXzgJFlQLtGn2AEWcbibG7SIqjh8L0bJhWt84Xt0YhYE7Q_3YqKRo881dGeBuLHZpdOqIk8hNv3UcFcuYbnqK/s1600-h/002.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 125px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5348719161743799266" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiuaVzSXgmNAbPGCRKCeq5gYDf9w_J_S5dET4oraY54xMGIdG6O_4Oivp0VXzgJFlQLtGn2AEWcbibG7SIqjh8L0bJhWt84Xt0YhYE7Q_3YqKRo881dGeBuLHZpdOqIk8hNv3UcFcuYbnqK/s320/002.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><div>I made this vase with etched glass vinyl. </div><div><a href="http://www.vinylforcricut.com/">http://www.vinylforcricut.com</a></div></div></div></div>Cricutcrazywomanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10731986269617037916noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9037650307944701443.post-49592680030552953872009-06-18T10:11:00.000-07:002009-06-18T10:56:02.385-07:00SESAME STREET CRICUT CARTRIDGE Cookie Monster & Elmo<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVOprETQTUY4t3CzfDcznJlske8RvJjMqltL4iml0aKMPysD8b-gJVI7Zs47TOTHyhkYD1SEY6dc5AT1lvN-dWkYFOi7amNO0UcSkrijrdM9jebRICsGe2itXz4w05KypFUoKHD_giUB4_/s1600-h/018.jpg"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 320px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 180px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5348727888790931698" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVOprETQTUY4t3CzfDcznJlske8RvJjMqltL4iml0aKMPysD8b-gJVI7Zs47TOTHyhkYD1SEY6dc5AT1lvN-dWkYFOi7amNO0UcSkrijrdM9jebRICsGe2itXz4w05KypFUoKHD_giUB4_/s320/018.jpg" /></a><br /><div>I made Cookie Monster & Elmo for my grandchildren play room using matte vinyl. I find if I can prepare my screens ahead of time it doesn't feel like it takes for ever to do one screen print. I have 6 screens to work with. One of the things I am going to try is using 2 & 3 color process. I am nerves but if I don't try I'll never learn. I'll let you know how it turns out. Just create & most of all have fun!Cricutcrazywomanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10731986269617037916noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9037650307944701443.post-17989815203294818732009-03-30T19:37:00.000-07:002009-04-03T07:21:51.363-07:00Emulsion alternatives & water based ink for the YUDU MachineHere are some YUDU Screen Printing alternative inks & emulsion alternatives that you may want to use to keep your cost down on creating a screen print. I just received my orders & I will be trying them out this weekend. I will hare with you on what I have been reaing about alternatives from a great forum that I have joined. I have learned a lot there and have decided to give the ink & emulsion alternative a shot. Here is a link to the ink I have decided to use. If you goggle "Permaset Ink" for screen printing you can read about the inks.<br /><br />I purchased the Permaset Inks on Sunday and received them today 5 days later. They say these are a very good quality screen printing water based ink. I did buy the ink that was made for the YUDU but they are very small bottles and really very expensive. Here is the site I ordered from <a href="http://www.rexart.com/permaset_aqua.html">http://www.rexart.com/permaset_aqua.html</a> Permaset 10 oz for $8.37 for screen printing water based & FREE SHIPPING on $100.00.<br /><br /><br /><br />Here is the name & link where I purchased the alternative for the emulsion sheets<br /><strong>Ulano CDF-5VT Capillary Film</strong> It's 26" wide by 300" long Roll and costs $153.11 I purchased the bigger roll it seemed for me the best. They do have smaller 26" x 150"<br /><a class="postlink" href="http://estore.lawsonsp.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=620">http://estore.lawsonsp.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=620</a> Thi is the link to exactly what I purchased. It takes longer to dry then the emolsion sheets from YUDU but hey if I will save this is okay for me.<br /><br /><strong><span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:130%;color:#cc0000;">UPDATE INFORMATION AS OF 4/2/09: Here is a site that was shared with me for the Emulsion that is less expensive than the site above where I purchased and BIG savings.... IT looks like they only carry the 26" x 300".</span></strong><br /><a href="http://www.wildsidenorth.com/s/catalog/c/emulsion-capillary-film/"><strong><span style="color:#000000;">http://www.wildsidenorth.com/s/catalog/c/emulsion-capillary-film/</span></strong></a><span style="color:#cc0000;"> <strong><span style="font-size:130%;">PLEASE make sure you buy the CDF5vt .</span></strong></span>Cricutcrazywomanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10731986269617037916noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9037650307944701443.post-55315160769319450662009-03-23T07:01:00.000-07:002009-03-23T07:09:45.103-07:00YUDU T-Shirt #3<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9-Bwssu2A3s_UgGmYZpU6YIgxuwXRtWVpM8PVjl1sHZaCtVYo-jEj6PmJMUimfJnq_u-uG0XRjMWazDOJzeAD-U2db9AXvv7m3uNKPifcsZIa2pIcrgLMgUtnkKONfhhMFPA0ZqfyQy0C/s1600-h/002.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 200px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5316384809466501650" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9-Bwssu2A3s_UgGmYZpU6YIgxuwXRtWVpM8PVjl1sHZaCtVYo-jEj6PmJMUimfJnq_u-uG0XRjMWazDOJzeAD-U2db9AXvv7m3uNKPifcsZIa2pIcrgLMgUtnkKONfhhMFPA0ZqfyQy0C/s200/002.JPG" /></a><br /><div>This is funny & I am glad I can laugh at it. As I was Screen Printing using the YUDU Machine by Provo I was so excited that I finally got it. This T-Shirt I made for myself. When I was done I said what is <strong>wrong with this picture</strong>. See I am on the roll!! Lesson I learned pay attention to which way you put the screen on the YUDU for the finally step printing! I will be posting alternitive products I am using for the YUDU Screen Printing Machine. These are more affordable products.</div>Cricutcrazywomanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10731986269617037916noreply@blogger.com4
